 Evaluation Committee Responsibilities
  1. Reviewing contracts for provision of services.
  2. Reviewing quarterly contract performance reports for compliance with service and/or MOU requirements.
  3. Reviewing the operational structure of service programs.
  4. Reviewing the establishment and achievement of program outcome measures.
  5. Reviewing associated data collection, including assessment of collection methods and adequacy of reporting.
