Planning
Committee Responsibilities shall include,
but not be
limited to: |

Coordinating currently available community
needs assessment information, identifying ongoing
needs for additional information gathering.
-
Identifying human service resource needs currently
unmet or underserved in the community, identifying
gaps and/or barriers to the provision of services.
-
Evaluating and updating WCIPF service and goals
annually.
-
Prepare annual goal summaries as
required for use in the MOU between WCIPF, Worcester
County and the State of Maryland.
-
Helping
assure collective commitment among appropriate
systems and agencies to allow for joint planning and
service delivery.
-
Reviewing and recommending
appropriate budget priorities and applications,
including the annual budget request submitted as
part of the Memorandum of Understanding between
WCIPF, Worcester County, and the State of Maryland.
-
Reviewing and commenting on procedures for
receipt and expenditure of funds.
-
Reviewing
budget matters as requested by the Chair.
-
Developing sustainability strategies for WCIPF
programs.
-
Assuring an annual WCIPF fiscal
audit.
